Mussarussi 2021

Mussarussi is the aromatized wine of the Messina festival, obtained by fermenting freshly pressed must with cooked must flavored with black cherry leaves, carob beans, dried figs, and unripe mandarins according to an ancient traditional recipe.

It pairs well with Modica chocolate or Messina's Pignolata with cocoa, but it's also ideal as a pleasant and alternative after-dinner drink or for a conversation with friends.
